Family
We are a family business and provide splendid, quality, temporary housing in central Bologna from 1- 18 months. We understand the complications when translocating to Italy and have first-hand knowledge of most problems that can arrive with day-to-day living in Bologna. We are an Anglo-Italian family and have experience of living and studying in many different countries, so we completely get how difficult it is for international guests to find trustworthy accomodation from a distance and to find a home from home.
Experience
Before beginning this business in 2026, we have had over 10 years experience of renting our private apartments in Bologna to mostly Erasmus students from all over the globe.
Home from Home
We ensure that your property has everything that you need without having to bring it all from home or buy when you arrive. We will supply a detailed inventory for every apartment if you are interested. We are available to address any issues that arise during a guest's stay. We are also happy to organise a pick-up from the airport and/or a trip to the tax office. We ask a one month deposit. The price of the rental includes everything wifi/kitchenware/bed linen & towels/ condominium fees/refuse tax/utilities/ contract registration. There are no hiddden fees.
Bureaucracy
Italian paperwork can be daunting. We can help with all aspects of booking management, including enquiries, reservations, contracts and payment processing etc. In order to book one of our apartments you will need to supply a copy of your passport// reason for coming to Italy (university invite/work contract/course registration)//home address//Italian tax code (we can help with this when you arrive in Italy) // visa if needed//parent guarantee if you are a student
