About us
We are Case & Mattoni, a family business offering furnished, all-inclusive apartments in central Bologna. We know what it feels like to arrive somewhere new, so we make sure your first day here feels like coming home.
Our Story
We are an Anglo-Italian family. Between us we have lived and studied in many different countries, and we have felt first-hand how hard it is to find a trustworthy home from a distance.
For more than ten years we rented our own apartments in Bologna, mostly to Erasmus students from all over the world.
In 2026 we founded Case & Mattoni to do this properly: additional, better apartments, a clear price and a family who answers when you need us.
